  • Hosting services (monthly or yearly subscriptions) can be canceled at any time. However, payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

  • Exceptional cases: If you experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve, or if a product is not delivered as described, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a review of your case.

How to Request a Refund

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be provided for:
