🔑 General Email Settings

Use the following settings when adding your email account to any email app:

📧 How to Add Your Email to Outlook

1️⃣ Open Outlook.

2️⃣ Go to File → Add Account.

3️⃣ Enter your email address (example: info@yourwebsite.com) → Click Connect.

4️⃣ Choose IMAP as the account type.

5️⃣ Enter the settings from the table above (Incoming/Outgoing servers, ports, encryption).

6️⃣ Enter your password → Click Next.

7️⃣ Outlook will test the connection and add the account.

8️⃣ Done! Your emails will now sync in Outlook.

📱 How to Add Your Email on a Mobile Device (iPhone/Android)

For iPhone (iOS):

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.

2️⃣ Select Other → Add Mail Account.

3️⃣ Enter your Name, Email address, Password, and Description.

4️⃣ Select IMAP.

5️⃣ Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings (see table above).

6️⃣ Save the account → Done! You can now use the Mail app.

For Android:

1️⃣ Open your Mail app or Settings → Accounts → Add Account → Email.

2️⃣ Enter your Email address and Password.

3️⃣ Choose IMAP.

4️⃣ Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings (see table above).

5️⃣ Save and complete the setup → Your email is ready!
