How to Create a New Email Account in Plesk

Learn how to easily create a new email account for your domain through the Plesk control panel. You can then access your emails via webmail or set them up on your devices.

1️⃣ Log in to Plesk.

2️⃣ Click on Mail from the left sidebar.

3️⃣ Click Create Email Address.

4️⃣ In the Email address field, enter the name you want (example: info → will create info@yourwebsite.com).

5️⃣ Set a strong password for this mailbox (or generate one).

6️⃣ (Optional) You can set Mailbox size if you want to limit it — otherwise leave as default.

7️⃣ Click OK or Create to save the new email account.

8️⃣ Done! You can now use this email account via webmail (https://webmail.yourwebsite.com) or set it up on email apps (Outlook, phone, etc.).
